Hey there! My name is Robert O'Bryan, and as the founder and owner of O'Bryan Heating & Cooling, I'm the face of the company. At the same time, my fiance, Serena Hall, takes care of the behind-the-scenes of the business - and we want to tell you a little more about ourselves!

We are both born and raised Owensboro natives and have spent our lives living and learning in this community. With 5+ years of extensive HVAC experience and knowledge under my belt, I decided I wanted to create my own company and serve this community under my name as an HVAC Contractor.

Serena has also founded her own business, Simply Serena, where she provides virtual assistance and manages the backend of photographers' online businesses. After four long years, she is now a proud graduate of WKU with a Bachelor's of Science and degree in Psychological Sciences.

  • What is HVAC and what does it stand for?
    HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. HVAC refers to any appliance associated with or involved in moving air and maintaining desired temperatures throughout conditioned spaces.
  • Why do I need to hire an HVAC Professional?
    HVAC services require extreme precision and a trained eye. Every detail counts with the various equipment and tools we use to complete your service. These small details, specifics of the equipment, and knowledge of techniques and processes are learned throughout years of work in the field, with one of the most significant playing factors being refrigerant. HVAC equipment can be very delicate, and most average homeowners that attempt to service their equipment often cause further damage. That's where we come in to help! With years of expertise under our belts, you can count on us to provide you with quality service and a system that runs better than ever!
  • What is included in my warranty?
    If your equipment is not registered, your unit will automatically come with a 1-year labor and a 5-year parts warranty from the manufacturer's date. However, if your equipment is registered, which comes at no extra cost and is highly recommended, your unit will include a 1-year labor and 10-year parts warranty after equipment registration is complete.
  • Do you offer financing?
    At O'Bryan Heating & Cooling our top priority is making sure our customers are taken care of and comfortable, but financial stress can easily take away from the comfort of your new and improved system. To combat that unease, we offer financing in addition to our pay in full option!
  • How often should my condenser coils be cleaned?
    Your condenser coils should be cleaned at least once every year. Although this is something that many homeowners can do themselves, it is preferably done by a professional so as not to cause damage/harm to the unit or homeowner.
